Adult Worker Innovation and Opportunity Act Program (WIOA):

Generally, adults aged 18 and older who are unemployed or underemployed may qualify. Specific eligibility criteria include being a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S., and meeting certain income and employment status requirements. Eligibility can also depend on funding availability and specific local program guidelines.

Dislocated Worker Innovation and Opportunity Act Program (WIOA):

Dislocated workers are typically defined as individuals who have lost their jobs due to economic downturns, company closures, or layoffs. Eligibility requirements often include being a U.S. citizen or legal resident, meeting income and unemployment criteria, and being actively seeking reemployment. The specifics may vary by local programs.

Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP):

This program is for individuals aged 55 and older who are unemployed and have a family income below 125% of the federal poverty level. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal residents. Priority is given to those who are very low-income and have substantial barriers to employment.

    Veteran Specialized Services:

Services are available to U.S. military veterans. Eligibility may include specific requirements related to service history and discharge status. Additional criteria may apply based on the type of services being sought and individual needs.

    Wisconsin Works (W-2):

This program is for low-income families with children, pregnant women, and individuals who are at least 18 years old and have not received W-2 benefits for more than 60 months. Eligibility also includes meeting income and residency requirements, and participating in work activities.

    FoodShare Employment and Training (FSET):

This program is designed for FoodShare (SNAP) recipients. To qualify, individuals must be enrolled in FoodShare, and eligibility criteria include meeting specific income and work activity requirements.
